"Sufficient but not great. The room was generally clean but the sheets were old and you could see traces of old stains. This particular room was on the ground floor with a window looking into the hall. Location is good, near lots of nightlife, but it may be a bit loud as a result. Note that there are limited check in hours, we arrived about 21:00 and someone had to call someone else to come and bring us the key. "

"So long as you're ok with springs in your back from the bed, roaches all over your room and loud music from the bars down stairs, you'll be fine at flashpackers. It's hard to find and no one has heard of it so you can't really ask for help. The staff was nice and helpful but they weren't there the whole time. WiFi worked good and the shower had hot water. Overall, unless you're there to party, don't stay in Phi Phi. It's dirty, it smells like Durian, the people are rude, and it's full of...

"Our stay was amazing. Phi PhiPalmtree is situated right in the middle of Tonsai village, close to…everything. We stayed at the suite, which was large and very quite. We loved the outdoor shower (note to hotel: the plastic curtains do not hold up in the wind…). The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel pool is fun, and the pool bar was great. We enjoyed every part of our stay and will be back again!"

"Perfect location 5 minute walk from the pier and same distance to get into town where all the restaurants and bars are. When we left the pier there were lots of people holding signs for hotels, our guy loaded our luggage onto the trolley and walked them down to the hotel for us.
