"By chance we happened to book this place for 2 nights and found it to be one of the best places we have stayed at in Ireland. The room we had was comfortable and entirely suitable for our needs. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our room rate which was very good and substantial. The breakfast service was prompt friendly and efficient. All up very good value."

"Mary made sure we were comfortable at her charming bnb. The view was beautiful and the room we had was just the right size for our family of 4. Breakfast was delicious. Mary also went the extra mile to share suggestions about the area and how to make the most of our visit. We loved the unique flare and style of the bnb and would recommend for others to stay here, especially if you want something quiet and private."

"We loved it! The host was so nice. Our room was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and really pretty. In our room there was a private bathroom. The view from our room was also breathtaking! Breakfast was good and there were many options. We didn't have a car but it was okay. Tom the taxi driver was very helpful and drove us to Oughterard and back where we could hop on a bus! If you don't have a car please plan your trip carefully. This guesthouse was definitely worth visiting! We recommend it....

"We were in Ireland visiting family when we got stuck in Drogheda late. We called the hotel to see if they could help us out since we simply couldn't get to Galway that night. The hotel was very rude and didn't do much to help us with the problem. I understand having cancellation policies, but this one seems to strict. I went online and it was clear the hotel didn't lose out on a reservation since they still had vacancies. Oh well. "
