"My sons and I stayed for a few days and loved it! The place was very clean and had a nice view from the front porch. I loved hearing the ocean while relaxing out there. The decor was perfect for a nice beach feel. There was very easy access to the beach (not a straight shot across, but very close). It was also conveniently close to a lot of the shops.The only drawback for me was the outdoor shower. It was very dark (no sunlight filters in, which takes away the joy of being outside while showering) and lots of cobwebs. But this wasn’t enough to ruin our vacation.This was a GREAT place and I highly suggest it! "

"I came down for the Harley Davidson weekend. Weather was great. Property was in a great location to everything, walking distance to the beach. Perfect one bedroom condo. "

"We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. The pool was going through what looks like some much needed renovations. Not a big deal, we were there for the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, and the quiet beach. We enjoyed the short drive to Duck and the adorable shops. The room/condo was equipped with everything! The bed was excellent and the pull-out couch clean but the pillows could use some updating. There was a moldy smell near the sliding doors and a water stain on the ceiling.The half bath also had a moldy/closed up smell. This didn’t bother us but may others. But there was an half bath!! Everything was very clean and We would definitely book here again. "

"This property worked very well for our April trip to the Outer Banks. The main selling points were: (1) Great accommodation for two adults and two teens. We had a unit with a living/dining area and kitchen, a master bedroom, and a separate loft room up a flight of steps, which gave the teens their own space. (2) There’s an indoor pool that we wanted in case the weather didn’t turn out to be good during our stay. The property isn’t on the beach, but a few mins drive will take you to the hotel’s own parking lot which is very close to the beach. The parking lot was usually empty when we went - it may be very busy in peak summer thought. There isn’t a restaurant onsite, which at first I thought was odd, but then realized that you don’t really need it with all the options nearby. Overall, this was a great base for our trip. The weather turned out to be excellent, but we still enjoyed using the pool and hot tub in the evenings. "

"Was very nice and perfect for me and 2 dogs. Minutes to the beach and close to all kinds of good restaurants (Run Down was my fave). The house was very comfortable and quiet. A perfect, well needed reboot. I did have to unplug and replug in the router on Friday morning as the internet kept going down. After that it was fine."
