"Great central location with easy access. Clean remodeled rooms and common areas. Restaurant and bar are pretty good. Close to a few restaurants and bars, also across a pharmacy and gas station."

"Came down for two nights, three days and was in Kitty Hawk and close to many amenities. Enjoyed the stay and will repeat the visit again next year during bike week which was a pleasant surprise. Rolling on two this time next year year."

"Holli’s family property was absolutely adorable and the fact that it has been in her family since the 50s and still has the family’s kitchen table just adds to the charm. It is a quick and easy drive to the beach and the lot is wooded and private. Holli was an amazing hostess. She was quick to offer suggestions for restaurants and easy to follow directions for check in. Holli keeps the house equipped the great extras like cotton swabs, body washes, dog shampoos and other things too. Holli also responded so quickly to questions. We were struggling with how to use the AC, and even in the middle of the night, she still responded. We have already shared her listing with friends, and I’m sure we will stay again. Thank you Holli for a great spring break getaway. "

"Was very nice and perfect for me and 2 dogs. Minutes to the beach and close to all kinds of good restaurants (Run Down was my fave). The house was very comfortable and quiet. A perfect, well needed reboot. I did have to unplug and replug in the router on Friday morning as the internet kept going down. After that it was fine."

Very clean, so much to do at the hotel, every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful, they texted you everyday checking in and seeing if they could do anything to make your stay better. The concierge service was so helpful with restaurants and attractions. Would love to come back in the future."

"Really nice property, only reason I did not rate excellent for all is that they are on the tail end of renovating the property. The only negative is that the main doors are not locked and anyone can walk in, it appears they have it set up for key cards to be swiped to enter but during my stay, I never had to use as the doors were always unlocked an open, which I did not like.Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay and has great amenities available. "
