"We wouldn't have any hesitation to recommend this property. It is a unique, spacious, comfortable well equipped accommodation with a great outdoor space. Quiet location. There's a very pleasant 30 minute walk into town along the river. No significant problems, but curtains in the bedrooms (small windows) would have been appreciated. We couldn't find any coat hangers!"

"The property owners were in constant contact with us. The WI-FI was strong, good pressure in the showers, very comfortable beds, and a beautiful outdoor sitting area. We were hiking up at Mount Cook, so this was a great place for respite after a busy day of hiking. We would recommend this place to anyone. A real gem."

"A very charming place. We arrived at Twizel late in the evening. It was a cold and drizzling night but when we entered the house the warmth touches us and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. "House is warm, clean and tidy. There is no table! (dining or outdoors) to sit and eat at. There is a small outdoor table in the photos however that was not there when we arrived. Not really conducive to family Christmas dinner and get together for 6 days also no clothes line. Overall good house and plenty of parking for boat and a couple of cars however for the price, a dining table would have been nice. The outdoor furniture is pretty rickety and I had to spend a while tightening all the Allen...
