"We had a couple of issues that were completely down to us. My daughter is disabled and we needed an extra room card and she then locked herself out accidentally. The staff were brilliant. I always say that you can tell a hotel by the way they react to a problem and it was definitely the case here. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and all the food was nice. It was extremely clean and the guy doing the clearing up was really efficient and he had a great personality. "
