"Convenient for Fort Railway Station less than 10 minutes by taxi. Dining options in the hotel weren’t great for us for lunch and dinner with limited vegetarian options but breakfast was outstanding. Lovely location close to the seafront and short tuk tuk to the temple. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"We stayed for two nights. ALL of the staff are BRILLIANT and looked after us really well. The room was spacious and the rain-shower incredible… probably the best I’ve had. The on-site Indian restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. Easy to walk around the area and just 5 minutes to Park Street for loads of good dining options. Wholeheartedly recommend Taj Samudra. "Quite a large room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Free breakfast buffet had many choices. Very large swimming pool, steam room and sauna made it a perfect stay. "
