"Nice place. As my husband put it 'shabby/chic'. No street parking, so you have to use a garage about an 8 minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good. The only real issue I had was that I booked a double bed and we got 2 singles with a room so tiny, we couldn't move them together. Also, this place is really tough to find!! It is right next to the Birkenstock store, which is a much better landmark to look for."

"Fantastic budget hotel. Not far from Neuabing train station on the S8 s-bahn direct from Munich airport, the other side of Munich city centre. Hidden behind a tyre place but no noise from there. The hotel was Immaculately clean no matter what time of day. Superb continental breakfast too. Parking is in front of the hotel, but please give the receptionist your car details otherwise youbrun the risk ofnit being towed away. Nearby theres an excellent curry house and a few other eateries."

"It is at middle of nowhere. Building is part of the factory building. Our booking was breakfast included but staff (only one) told us we need pay €10 for buffet breakfast. We actually did not stay there, we left after checked in less then an hour. "

It is on the floor above a restaurant that is open late so if you're an early-to-bed person, not the best choice. The shower is tricky to get in and out of without falling. Could be cleaner. "Stayed for three nights with a friend to explore Munich. Very clean apartments, good little kitchen. Nothing like salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking so keep that in mind. Beds were very firm and the pillows even worse. If you’re used to anything soft you won’t get that here. Rooms were also very warm, couldn’t sleep with the doona on at night unless we opened the balcony door. Apparently they’re swapping over to heating the building from cooling and the concierge said it was helpful to know...
