"We arrived very late but the lady on the front desk was lovely and so welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean and large and the shower was amazing. Only slight feedback is if you’ve booked a room with two guests please provide two towels! "

"Checking in was fast and friendly. The room was great throughout the stay! Lovely interior decor and furnishings. Air con was took a moment to figure out but we got there in the end. Overall it was a pleasurable stay at VOCO and I would recommend it to anyone else thinking of spending a few nights in Leicester , thank you. "

"Lovely property. Helpful friendly staff. Good food. Easy parking. Lovely shower. Bed headboard a bit dusty but apart from that spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Good range of hot drinks in room with decent sized cups and nice glasses. Lovely touch with personal welcome note and chocolates. The only thing for us was that the room was really too warm even with windows open and radiator switched off. TV - lots of channels that didn’t work. Would definitely stay again."

"Very big hotel with lots of facilities that includes swimming pool, spa, gym, 500 car parking, restaurant and bars, etc. value for money and it’s close to the city centre with about 10 min drive. Very big room with king size beds, bath and shower facility with really big windows. Breakfast buffet has hot and cold including Continental options"
