"Property was not like photos on website. Things broken, damp on the ceiling around a wired smoke alarm, draw fronts missing. There were 3 of us and only 1 cup. The beds were unmade on arrival and there was a distinct lack of organisation from the staff "

"This property is very nice although the room was quite small. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast was good. The best thing is the walkability to the sights along the river, the restaurants, and many lovely shops. I was visiting the university, which is very close. The only downsides were that (1) The elevator broke just as we arrived. However, we left our bags and went to dinner and the elevator was fixed very quickly. (2) The parking under the hotel is VERY cramped. Lots of back-and-forth to get our rental car into a spot. Otherwise, we really enjoyed visiting the lovely city of Boras!"
