"It was nice to have up to six sleeping rooms, 2 full bathrooms plus 2 additional toilets and sinks for a family group of adult siblings and spouses. Lot’s of room for all with plenty of eating space with dining room table along with a table in kitchen. There were also several inside conversation and sitting areas. The back patio area was great to sit and visit as well. "

"While the neighborhood is older, its a new townhome in good condition that's well equipped and comfortable for a family stay The host is timely in responding, and was even able to help get us in a bit early after the cleaning crew had finished. One minor note is that while the listing says that it "sleeps 10", that's actually the max number of people permitted, it isn't actually set to sleep 10, as it has the three beds listed, and then possibly the couch. "Jose was a great host. Showers didn't have hot water for longer than 2 or 3 minutes, pool isn't heated. Other than that, a good stay for a work trip."
