"While the neighborhood is older, its a new townhome in good condition that's well equipped and comfortable for a family stay The host is timely in responding, and was even able to help get us in a bit early after the cleaning crew had finished. One minor note is that while the listing says that it "sleeps 10", that's actually the max number of people permitted, it isn't actually set to sleep 10, as it has the three beds listed, and then possibly the couch.
