"Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."

"We had a lovely stay in a double room on the 8th floor which was very quiet. Didn't choose the full breakfast option but walking distance to coffee shops for light breakfast. Room very clean & comfortable. Only reason for overall rating of 4 stars is, like most hotel rooms, it got a bit stuffy & we were unable to open window (even if limited to open slightly would be a bonus). Would be so nice to get fresh air in. They are installing aircon which should be working soon"

"We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff. The went above and beyond to make sure we were always professionally taken care of. 10/10"

"This was the perfect location if you want to be in the center of it all! it was very walkable to dining and shopping and to popular landmarks. The staff was very friendly and changed our room after we realized that their standard king isn’t actually a king by USA standards. So since I went with my sister they moved us to a very large room with two Twin comfortable beds. "Enjoyed our stay and location of Hotel. Staff really lovely.Upgraded to Executive room, but didnt feel it was wirth the extra £60. Lovely toiletries, but not enough for 2 adults for 2 days. Same with coffee.. Ordered steak (medium)however in my opinion it was rare. I choked on the steak and had to leave it. "The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and I was lucky enough to be able to check in a but early. My room was very spacious and clean. The TV had chromecast which was a nice surprise. My room service breakfasr was lovely as well. My only complaint which is minor ,is that while the bathroom was massive, the shower was tiny and awkward to get in and out of with the folding door. I will definitely be back to this hotel. "

"Easy check in and staff were very helpful. Easy taxi service which proved efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Some sealants in the bathroom look like they need attending to before too long. Nice hot water in the bathroom, storage radiator was also good as it was a cool night. Overall, a pleasant stay."
