Only "small" complaint the TV size was a little disappointing but I was only in for the night on a work trip so didn't affect my stay."

When our Valentines evening stay canceled on us, they managed to keep us in our same room for an additional night. Our room was quickly serviced each morning when we went down to breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. "
