"I was looking for a place to write and walk about Galway. This was a great location and VERY quiet! Expect a mile walk to get most places but there was a fantastic little pub three blocks away with nightly music by local friends sitting together, not a tourist place. I chose this place to be sort of near the train station but not in the heart of the city. "This rustic vrbo accommodated our family group of 7. It is close to the seaside and a 20 min walk into Galway. We enjoyed our stay."

"Overall beautiful apartment everything we needed and clean. But the mattresses and couches were very disappointing. Even our children 4y.o and 6 y.o did not sleep because the springs stuck through every mattress. Hubby and I had to sleep in seperate beds just to find a comfy spot. Please replace the mattresses. "

"The location couldn't have been any better. About a 5 min. walk to Crane Pub, 10-15 min walk to Salt Hill, Galway Bay. 15 min. walk to Spanish neighborhood (what I would call downtown). Once you learn your way around, nothing is very far. Grocery store about a block and half away. The apartment is very comfortable. The heated bathroom floor was an added bonus. I can't wait to come back. "

"Tremendous country location steeped in history. Peaceful and quiet with lots of outside things to do. Finola was a very gracious host, who provided a wealth of recommendations for things to do and see in the area. Upon our arrival, Finola was there to greet us and had the fireplace going to stave off the damp, chilly spring weather. Great hiking in the area. Ventured to Galway and Cong for day trips.
