"The property was nicely secluded, with multiple trails leading up to the top of the escarpment with a lovely view of Golden Lake. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the AC was perfect for sleeping as we went in a 35° July heatwave. Great little fire pit with affordable firewood supplied by the hosts. Be mindful of leaving any dry food in the screened-in kitchenette if going out for more than an hour -- the local chipmunks are hungry and know what they're looking for. Only minor...

"We stayed as a family of four with two young children at the end of summer. The property is beautiful and the water very shallow quite a ways out so it was perfect for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. They had a blast playing in the water, riding around in the kayak and playing with some beach toys provided. "We rented this property for a weeks vacation to go snowmobiling. It is located very close to the trails, and the circular driveway made trailer parking very easy. The house itself was great - clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, huge dining table, and everything as promised. We would definitely return to this location!"
