"My family was touring Ireland for a few days and this was our first stop. After a long day of traveling this was the perfect accommodation for our party of 5. Plenty of room, very clean, a great location as the pub downstairs was a really nice touch. We only stayed one night but would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation. "

"Barrow Lodge was a a great place to stay for our golfing vacation to visit Tralee and Ballybunion golf clubs. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed and goodies in the room like tea, water, coffee, sweets and fruit. Great views and right on the water. The host Clodagh is a wonderful person, a breath of fresh air; she is incredibly kind and generous and very helpful in providing tips on where to eat at night and making reservations. "Nice guesthouse, friendly staff. Its not a modern sleek guesthouse, but you'd probably struggle tonfind that in Killarney anyway. My room actually looked better and more modern than in the photo's. I did struggle with the key lock to get in at night, although im going to put that down to me having a few pints.
