"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi."

Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again."
