"This was a pleasant resort that was spacious and we enjoyed use of the pool and the availability of a restaurant on property. The restaurant service however was very poor and made it less interesting to utilize due to the difficulty of ordering. Overall the property is lovely and the reception was welcoming and accommodating."

Only upon arrival, the hotel refused the booking claiming they had no knowledge of the reservation and if fact no contract with Expedia. Now Expedia refuses to refund my money."

So I could not stay in the property and had to book another accommodation at a higher cost. I think host is fraudulent, because hotels.com could contact the host and even knew the hosts name. but upon contacting the host, he claimed that the number was wrong and that he had nothing to do with the booking."
