"The staff went out of their way to assist me in an issue, when the problem was fixed they still wanted to check that everything was Ok. I highly recommend this park as a great way to be welcomed in the Wollongong area. Very impressed in all facilities and the reception staff."

"Check-in was a little prolonged as the bar staff check you in and it was a busy Friday night. It was a very clean room in a quiet secure part of the hotel with a comfortable bed. The only downside was that there were no powerpoints we could access in the room - only some in the hallway. Obviously it is quite an old building but my husband needed to charge his computer for work the next day as he had a meeting with colleagues in US. I needed to leave early for my makeup job the next morning but we had no key to get back into the building and noone was around so my husband had to stand at the main door holding it open to make sure we didn’t get locked out. Otherwise, the pub itself has a really nice atmosphere and if I wasn’t getting up early next day, would have definitely hung around for a drink and listen to the live music. I think it was very reasonable for the price we paid. "
