The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. "Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."

"The cabin was not level. If you opened a door it would close as you walked through. The beds in bed 2 were on a slope. The bed in bed 1 was like laying on a concrete slab it was so hard. The lady at reception was no very friendly. The setting was ok. Oh and why would a cabin for 4 only have enough dishes and cutlery for 3? No I didn’t have to use all the dishes etc, I just wondered why. I probably wouldn’t book there again"
