"We stayed at Avani Resort from February 9th to 13th, 2025, and had a lovely experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with stunning beach views. It is conveniently located on a lively street with plenty to do, including shops and a water taxi station within walking distance. The staff at the pool area and spa were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. A word of caution regarding the WiFi: it asks for your email to connect, and after I connected, my email account was blocked, with multiple unauthorized attempts to access it. Thankfully, I had security measures in place, but I had to disconnect from the WiFi. I suggest using a SIM card for internet access instead. The buffet was good, though breakfast could use a little improvement. One small suggestion: it would be nice if there was a designated area for smokers at the rooftop. We don’t smoke, and I personally get migraines from cigarette or cannabis smoke, which is quite common in Krabi. A separate smoking area would make the experience more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Avani Resort and would happily recommend it to others."

"Absolutely exceptional! Such an amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff! The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, I have nothing bad to say! The location is a little out of the way but just a short walk from all the action and I liked being away from the craziness while still being close by. The staff at the front desk were amazing! I can’t sing their praises enough! Highly recommend! "

"Great location. Staff were friendly. Rooms were great. Pool, poolside and swim up bar was nice. Happy hour twice a day. Great live music outside in the front on the evening. We did not eat at the hotel, but would have if we had more time. "

"I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Super friendly staff, but the room and location (view) was off the charts! Pictures can’t explain the beauty here. You also get monkeys (spectacled langurs), one outside our room and 4 in a palm tree next to us during breakfast this morning! We also got elephants made out of towels and flowers when we came back from Phi Phi Island! I love this place!"

"We had a lovely beach bungalow.Very clean and in a lovely setting.Breakfast was great.A lot of choices. We loved Railay beach but can be busy with the boats coming in.The staff were really courteous and helpful.We had a great stay !!"

"It is a stunning, exceptional hotel. We booked a club room done bedroom suite. The room was the size of two rooms. We had a large king bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was the superstar—huge round jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks. Plenty of storage. Beautiful view over the resort with a slight sea view. Plenty of water topped up every day - the coffee machine. Great quality  toiletries. The club longue was a huge bonus. You can take breakfast there rather than main restaurant - you are given table service for eggs, also can have a glass of sparking wine with breakfast in club that is not offered in main restaurant. Main restaurant for breakfast has a wider choice of Thai and indian food. The club longue offered afternoon tea, between 2.30pm and 4pm and then happy hour with wine and snacks between 5.30pm and 7pm. This was really helpful. The staff in the club longue were very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall the service in this hotel was world class. "
