"This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed out. The hotel itself was well laid out and clean, the pools were plentiful with spare loungers most of the day, kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional, it even beat some of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico! Rooms were amazing, very large with the most amazing shower and bath. "We loved it! Only bad thing we have to say is we couldn’t stay another night because they were booked. Beautiful, safe, pools are relaxing and shaded for a break from the beach. Their beach is very limited but a block away there is easy access to a huge open beach. Highly recommend this hotel! We didn’t eat there so I can’t say how good the restaurant is but everything else was wonderful. "

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad...

"The property is in a superb location on a deserted beach, sunsets are stunning and the saltwater pool is very impressive. Great breakfast with a great egg station and good array of options. Swim up bar and snack bar with a nice restaurant for the evening. Also good fitness room and a wonderful Spa, would recommend the couples massage experience."
