"This property is truly amazing but what adds the extra star are the staff, Shawn made our holiday, could not do enough for us. The house is just beautiful and so much history and extremely central. Just a few things that would advise but doesn’t effect the overall place, 1) the room we were in was opposite checkin so can be a bit noisy at times 2) the light from the outside garden pool area is on all night and keeps the room very light at night. These didn’t bother us but may affect others "

"Thought there was breakfast and Happy Hour but we saw neither. Some of the outside of the house is in need of repairs. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Lots of walking or you can catch the bus."

"We loved the Marquesa. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful. We especially loved the wonderful bedding and the little patio. The heated pool was right outside our door and we enjoyed hanging out there after a day of touring Key West. The parking was convenient but expect to pay (around $30 a night). Was in a convenient location within walking distance to most of Key West. "

"Overall it was a nice and memorable stay. Location was great to walk to everything. Rented bikes for a day which was great to get around without a car. Walked everywhere else. Really a beautiful property with the pools and greenery but the lounge chairs fill up really fast so I never got to enjoy the pool area. We did enjoy the live music from the pool area in our room by just opening our patio doors. With them closed the music was so quiet that it didn't bother us at all. Music was a single...
