This is a fantastic little property, just off of Duvall Street. You are easily within walking distance of a wonderful nightlife, but on property it is quiet, secluded, and peaceful.

Lovely quaint inn. Small & quiet. Adequate breakfast every morning, very nice happy hour every evening 5-7pm. Pool heated, clean & a very nice oasis setting. Private hottub . Nespresso machine in the room. I enjoyed the stay & location is a block from Duval street.

Nice property. The pool was nice but a little HOT. Like the happy hour wine and cheese. The best part of this place was the location if you want to be close to but not on Duvall St. VERY comfy bed.

Really nice place, very clean, & centrally located, I gave a 4 star because I felt like the landscaping was a bit overgrown, & the brick pathways are pretty uneven & hard to walk or roll luggage on.

Property was very clean and nice especially for the price. Other resorts were twice the amount and they weren't even walkable to downtown attractions. They had parking on site for a few but it was locked and secure.
