"I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating....

"Our stay far exceeded expectations wrt service (butlers, restaurant and spa staff), food quality, restaurant and overall ambiance. We loved our 5 night stay in a Butler Valley Pool Villa, which was very relaxing. The afternoon rain storms were fantastic!
