"Lovely guesthouse with beautiful views and friendly staff. We had a great stay in a very comfortable, modernly decorated room. The house was old and traditional with lots of original character but updated to give a cosy, warm homely feel. We will definitely be back!!! "

"So thrilled to have found this little gem. Needed an overnight stay near Monmouth, we stayed on Boxing Day evening, with our dog. Beautiful room , We ate in the bar, food first class. I imagine we will pay another visit if in the area. "

"Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. Our continental breakfast was well stocked with plenty choice of cereals, yoghourt, fruit etc. We passed on the full Welsh cooked breakfast that looked amazing. The off...

"We had an amazing place, everything was just perfect. The room was huge, bed very comfortable, hot shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, all you need to be happy. The breakfast was delicious. Close distance to the town, Raglan Castle, Puzzlewood, Tintern Abbey and other local attractions. Highly recommended place to stay either for short or longer break. If we ever visit the area again, we'll definitely choose the The Church Farm. "

It was only an hour and twenty away from our base in weston super mare .The surrounding area is lovely we ate at the old court hotel and the next day went to ross on wye .we would defiantly stay again . Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "
