"The house and property were amazing. The big windows in the living room gave us a great view of the backyard and all the deer. They even left binoculars for our viewing. Everything is modern and clean. "

"The house served us well to rest after day trips to Medina, Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We found some awesome farm to table restaurants and farm markets nearby. However, the house's kitchen lacked decent cookware to prepare our finds. There needed to be instructions for the space heaters and fireplace heaters. The master bedroom was chilly and we were unable to start the fireplace heaters to warm up."

"We stayed in Kent for a week and were helping to care for my 16 and 8 year old grandsons while my daughter (who lives in Kent) was having surgery. The location was excellent, we were able to walk many places (restaurants, library) and take field trips to beach, aquarium, and mini golf. The home was clean, comfortable, roomy, we made meals, enjoyed home’s board games and books, pitcher of filtered water in frig was a nice touch!"

"From the moment we arrived, this property and the owner exceeded all expectations. There was ample room - amenities were outstanding - and the cleanliness was impeccable. We stayed two nights and were entirely satisfied with the entire experience. "

"The home was clean and well supplied, it generally fulfilled our needs. The only negative was the furnace was incapable of properly heating the home. With a low of 13 degrees at night, it would have been beneficial to know this up front so I could make sure the wood burning stove was always stoked as it was necessary to keep the living space comfortable at night."
