"This new building was a great stay. No issues with the place. Owners were very responsive. Location was great just north of all the fun and located on the boardwalk. This was our first time visiting and our friends had several issues with their accomodations but luckily we were trouble free. I would call this place well located, and a safe bet for anyone. "What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk."

"We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property!
