Coffee machine in the dining room wasn't the best and either needs servicing, or upgrading, and maybe a second one. We attended a family function and the hot buffet was exceptional, plentiful and tasty. Staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. "

"We had a wonderful night stay over at the hotel we came to see the cathedral and castle . The hotel had plenty of parking and we received a discount code which allowed us to still go shopping and collect the car the day after for only £10 . The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was spotless . The bed was extremely comfortable as well . The breakfast was a lovely hot buffet with great coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel . I guess that’s why it receives high scores . "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Arrived and Parked in Trinity car park opposite and left at 11am the next day. Cost £18 for parking. Staff we nice and friendly, got a free glass of Prosecco on arrival. Room was nice and clean. Bed was a good size for a king size. Didn’t have the best of sleep as could hear a faint beeping noise that kept us awake, dont know if it was something in the hotel or outside but keep going all through the early hours. Would stay again though as it’s on the doorstep to the centre "
