The listing states the cottage is on the property, but it doesn't explain the lack of privacy for guests staying in the house. The upstairs patio for the cottage is above the house entrance and during our stay there, guests looked down on us, talked loudly, and smoked much of the time. "We really enjoyed our time at this home! It is a well maintained home and property and suited our family of four perfectly! Between the pool over looking the turtle filled ocean and the hot tub my girl’s throughly enjoyed their time while my husband and I could relax to the quiet in the waves from the ocean. "The room is like on the pictures. We were a bit disapointed by the area of the listing, but the mistake could really on our end by not doing enough research. The room was super clean. It got pretty hot during our stay even with the fans on, but this is out of the owners control😊 The bathroom and general living area are outside, a bit like camping. Overall fair for the price we paid. "
