"This Spa hotel is excellent. Sadly next door hotel is being rebuilt so weekday 9-5 is very noisy at front of hotel. The spa is excellent, the food is good and it is not the hotel’s fault about the neighbour hotel rebuild programme. I am lucky as I’m now in a villa away from the builders and no longer hear them. Be clear when you book if you plan to be in the hotel during weekday daytime you can deal with the noise."

"First of all embracing the amazing jungle view from the river front villa is amazing, also the room is huge and the breakfast is among the best in Bali island. Amy and Sugara are quite professional and they were able to meet all our requirements in a timely fashion.
