"Very nice and comfortable family spot. No restaurant on site which was too bad and for three nights, no housekeeping. There were tennis and pickle ball courts which was fun for the kids. Lots of folks walking and several small swimming pools. The unit was outdated and generally clean but could use a deep clean and some updates. "We had a great time staying at this property and definitely would choose it again! The location was great, right off the water and close enough to Kailua-Kona as well as a nice shopping center with all the essentials, a weekly farmers market and the best shaved ice we’ve ever had!
