"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "

"The seamless pick up at the station and the lovely kamakuras in the hotel were great. Meal service was great. Staff onsite were wonderful and the snow views made everything magical. The town was v quiet so buy whatever you need before you arrive. Also make sure to alert the staff 5 days in advance if u have dietary needs, the reservation/meals team would not accommodate last minute dietary restrictions even if you have legit reasons which tbh was the only disappointment in our almost perfect...

"We had a large room with an outside bath. The view of the river and mountain was great. Enjoyed not having to checkout until 11. We arrived by train and it was about 5 mins walk. Went back by bus and used hotel shuttle."
