"Hotspring was very nice. I didnt stay due to the skiing aspect. But they are well equipped for it. Great quality of food for their breakfast and supper buffets. The staff were very kind even though i dont speak a lot of japanese. "

"We had a room with half board and enjoyed the 24 hr Natural hot spring within the hotel. Free shuttle to the bus station after check out was helpful as it snowed the night before "

"The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The daily prepared meals were delicious and many varieties to choose from. Being able to book hot spring without leaving the resort was super convenient. Loved our family time here in Japan and will definitely come back again soon."

"We had a large Japanese style room. The onsen was good. Breakfast at the nearby hotel on the way to the ski lifts was a bargain for 980 yen!! It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket "

"This is a beautiful old facility. Taxi or bus from train station. An uphill walk from bus station or about $50 taxi. We visitors in January. Icy steps! The staff was great to carry luggage up to room! Chucky was so nice and helpful. Ask to see his photos from his hometown!"
