"The property correctly lists that there is no AC. Some of the other units in this complex do have window AC units. Adding one of those would change the experience. I thought it would be fine but the highs were mid 80s and it was hard to sleep at night. "

"One of our favorite places to go. Have stayed at several similar properties. 204 was a great experience and ranked high on our list. Comfortable, very well equipped, excellent location, and beautiful ocean views. Wildlife, turtles, and beautiful sunrises. For outstanding sunsets recommend to take a chair to opposite corner of the property where there is a nice grassy area to watch from. Mahalo "

"Overall was great. Was a little disappointed with trying to get replacements for things like laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a few others. Was told the few items in the condo were all that will be provided. Had to get them on my own when they ran out which also left me with a bunch of supplies I had to leave there. Kinda of stinky under the kitchen sink. Lastly I would have the tracks on the screen doors, bifold doors and blinds get some maintenance so they work better. "

"Beautiful spot with easy beach access. Crystal, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful. The resort where the room is located is well run and has plenty of convenient amenities. The staff at the resort were very helpful and at the ready if any problems arose. The room itself is on the ground floor with very easy access to pool and beach. Parking was easy and there is a valet or self park option. I'm very satisfied with our choice. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay for two adults to enjoy the Poipu area. It is a thoughtfully designed space that lives much larger than the actual square footage. It is well supplied and made us feel as if whatever we needed was there. A special aspect is that it is short walking distance to one of the more rewarding accessible snorkeling spots on the South Shore in front of the Beach House Restaurant. Jim, the owner, was extremely responsive and a very nice person to interact with. Hard...

This condo was comfortable, well equipped, quiet and perfect for a couple celebrating their Anniversary, The ideal location is close to restaurants, shopping, beaches and other activities. "Location was perfect, but with the view it was hard to leave the condo. We watched all the sea life as well as a breaching whale. Kitchen was appropriately equipped, beach items were all clean and good working order. We had a great stay and will be back! "
