"Excellent rental. Very easy check in. the place was fully stocked with things I would not have imagined. Beautifull views of the property. Seen deer everyday. The pool was amazing. The only, slight, disappointment, was the house out front, almost beside the pool. Not very private. Not a deal breaker though. I can not wait to plan my next stay. "I missed the part about only having two twin beds so it wasn't the best for me and my partner. It would have been perfect with even a full, but the room where the bed is located is fairly small. Other than that (which is something I didn't catch in the add), the place was nice, quiet and the host was very cordial. "This is a cute cottage for a friends getaway within easy walking distance of shopping and dining venues in Tomball. Plenty of room for 7-8 to chat, play games, dine in. Nice outdoor area, although it was drizzly so we didn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped. Very clean and owners were responsive."

"The property was a quaint little cottage that was decorated with an antique feel. Everything was as advertised and when our stay in early November has to be rescheduled due to multiple emergencies, the host quickly responded to my request to reschedule for December. The only issue was the house was a bit drafty during the cold temperatures. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay here."

"This house was so cute!! Spacious and clean. The location of the house was really good and close to grocery, bars, restaurants, etc. Caroline was so helpful and nice! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. If I pick on something driveway needs work but overall house was great."

"The pictures do not do this property justice. Aside from the inside of the home being super clean with plenty of room for 3 middle aged women, the property and neighborhood are very beautiful. It is just a short drive from the city and you feel like you are in a completely different world. Very quite and relaxing. Owner was very responsive when we could not figure out the thermostat. Be sure to have breakfast at the little country store down the street. You won't regret it!!"

"The property is beautiful, in downtown Tomball just a block/block and a half off Main. It was clean and warm, a blessing with the cool winter temperature and heavy rain. I was sad my plans changed so I couldn’t stay as long as initially planned. Next time I visit family I plan on booking again, if the location is available. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. "

"The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside."
