"The parking lot was small, but arriving early ensured a good spot. The shuttle service to and from NRG was a great convenience, making the experience less stressful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, which was a plus. However, the room lacked nightstand table lamps, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the room assigned to us had not been properly vacuumed, with visible fuzz on the carpet, and the bed sheets were dirty and stained. Breakfast service was slow and the quality was underwhelming. Despite these issues, the staff’s kindness stood out, and I’d consider returning to see if cleanliness improves."

"The room was very clean and spacious. No problems with anything in the room. The only thing i didn't like is I paid for the parking garage and you take one elevator and have to go down to first floor to take the other elevator to your floor. I stayed in the 12th floor."

"The staff was amazing, rooms were really clean & spacious. We always have troble finding hotels that can fit our family comfortably and they accommodated us very well with things needed. I just pray that it doesn't get rundown like some of the other places down I10. We look forward to staying again."
