"Location was great and the area was buzzing with activity. Two lawsons 1-3 mins walk from the hotel. What is best was the service. Our son hurt his knee and the hotel staff went out of the way to look for a clinic for us, book a taxi to the clinic, and did follow ups after that, even leaving a note when they didn’t see us that evening. "What a gem to find! Big property and affordable rates - it was perfect for our family of 4. We did the grand family room. There was a washer/dryer INSIDE your room (complimentary laundry detergent at the lobby). There's a 7/11 right across from the property and some great local restaurants nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk or so to the Dotonbori area...we would walk there during the day and taxi back at night. "Room was modern, clean and spacious. All amenities were provided. Bed was a little hard for our liking but that seems like a standard in Japan. We did not use their restaurants but there is a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient. Hotel is in an office area but the main tourist area as well as shin osaka is a short subway ride away. We will consider staying here again. "

"This was the first time for us to stay at Centara, but will not be the last. Our family of four chose a family room and it was perfect with the bunkbeds and the king size bed, and the complete design of the room so thoughtful. The staff and the breakfast buffet were very memorable. Thank you for celebrating our 25th anniversary with us as well!"

"Loved this hotel. I was amazed on how much space was in the room. Everything about this hotel was awesome. The area, walking distance to shopping, eateries. The staff was very helpful. The subway station connected to the hotel below which was a plus. USJ about 30 mins away from this hotel when caching a taxi. "
