"The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel."

"The rooms were so beautiful - we stayed in Bibi and it was divine, from the oval white plaster ceiling with Arabic calligraphy, to the en suite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety and the staff was really nice. "

Great place to stay.

"It was great. Easy to find by Taxi. Close to the airport, about 10 mins. Quick check-in. We had a suite with a kitchenette where I made tea. Small sitting area and a separate bedroom. Be a great base for a small family exploring Tunis. Restaurants close by. Good choice at breakfast. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed,strong shower."

"Extraordinary service, immaculately clean and beautiful inside and out. Loved returning to our hotel at the end of a day filled with excursions to warm welcomes and the heady scent of orange blossom and jasmine in the air. It’s a true sanctuary to rest and relax with top bedding and comfortable sleep. "

"I arrived feeling under the weather. A doctor was called, prescription picked up, and the staff looked out for me. It was asking a lot, I know, but they were champs. Thank you. The facilities, location and breakfast were all good. Reasonably priced, too. There was a nearby laundry mat where I had a load of laundry done for 18 dinar, or $3 Canadian. Compare that to a hotel in Buenos Aires that charged $150! "

"Conveniently located, clean little hotel, comfortable and with a good breakfast. The only problem was that its geolocation in the expedia app is incorrect, so we ended up going around in circles for 30 minutes when we first arrived instead of getting there in five. "
