"Amazed of the cleanliness, safety of the property, food was amazing, the only thing i have to comment was after checking in they the front desk gave us a coupon to eat dinner or lunch, so we did choose dinner , we went to the restaurant and got seated, there was a buffet i ask the waitress if we can start, she said to wait about 15 to 20 min we were waiting like a fool no water was served and still waiting until the waitress came back and said, we can order ala carte, my kids order and a guy...

"We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the resort. At check-in the receptionist noticed that it was the birthday of my boyfriend and arranged a sweet birthday surprise in the room when we got there. "Enjoyed a pleasant stay at Costabella on Lapu Lapu Island.The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. and the AC worked well. The hotel restaurant never served me anything I didn't like. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My biggest disappoint was most definitely the beach. The beach itself is fine, but it's not a good spot for swimming in the ocean. I think I walked out at least 50 yards and the water was not even above my kneecaps. And you had to be mindful of the rocks here and there....
