"I'd give it a 4-4.5 stars out of 5. The property and units are very well maintained. Clean, modern and functional. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the Shintomicho subway, and 4 minutes from Tsukiji. The kitchenette makes good use of a small space. The only areas for improvement, from my perspective, was the air conditioning and entry keypads for the elevator and room.
