"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "The Schlosshotel is nice place to stay in Karlsruhe. It is directly across from the Haubtbahnhof and the main streetcar (tram) intersection. Gave property a 4 because we thought restaurant was pricey and room had no safe or hot water kettle. Front desk staff were very helpful and room was tidy and clean."
