The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "The hotel is really nice and the staff as well, they are really kind. The room in general was very nice, except for the bathroom which was having issues for running the water out. Besides that I totally recommend it. I’m pretty sure the situation of the bathroom will be fixed "

"Good reasonably central location for Karlsruhe. Convenient underground parking. Trams run directly past hotel entrance and can be a bit noisy at night/ early morning as they pass, but this is to be expected in the location. Rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable."
