"Overnight stay during family trip to Austria. Check in was easy, room was big with big double bed and bunk bed for kids. After driving most of the day it was good to have hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was good (selection of hot and cold food). In my opinion really good value for money (£88 for 2 + 2 - including breakfast) and if you’re lucky enough you might even get parking in front of the hotel :)"

"The staff was awesome and the location very convenient. The graphiti on the exterior building walls in the neighbourhood was a little unsettling however, the neighbourhood was very safe to walk in day or night. The the opportunity to walk to the Karlsruhe Zoo as it is well worth it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! And we highly recommend! One reason we selected this hotel is because we needed a wheelchair-friendly location. And it was! Entering the lobby from outside was easy. They had an elevator that worked great. And the room itself was easy to navigate. The front desk employees are just outstanding! Friendly, efficient, and they helped us in so many ways. Truly wonderful people! The room was EXACTLY like it is shown online! And so clean! Excellent job of making us feel like we were at home. When I come back to the Karlsruhe area, this will be my place to stay!"
