"Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min. Not worth it. Thanks "

Plenty of beach towels and everything needed to entertain our Grandkids at the Lagoons. The pools were luscious. You could swim laps, lay in relative privacy or enjoy the multiple hot tubs. A short walk to the best Luau on the island (Paradise Cove), a Disney Character Breakfast for a 4-year-old...
