This luxury villa is located in the Ocean Tower on the 6th floor (O604). You'll be impressed with the professionally furnished villa and the spectacular ocean view. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The lanai also overlooks the lap pool and the resort's beautiful garden. The spacious villa is 1,250 square feet and has a king size, two twin size beds (option to combine together) and a queen size sofa bed.

Condo was very nice, clean and a good view. Property was very convenient to beach access. Nice amenities such as pool, hot tub, exercise room and was not overly crowded.

Anniversary trip
We fell in love with Ko Olina two years ago and couldn't wait to come back. The beach villas are a perfect place to stay and the lagoon is the best. We like the fact that it's not crowded but that everything is close by. We'll be back

A Slice of Heaven
We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation and this property was a huge reason. The lanai views were amazing, the ease of getting to the pools and beach were a bonus, chairs, towels and boogie boards to use. Free underground parking spot and walking distance to so many things. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Only negative was that the adult only pool was always filled with noisy children. Pool sign should indicate age of people who can use pool & direction to the childrens' pool.

Relaxing getaway
Stayed for a week early December 2023 and are glad we did - The evening views from the Lanai are fabulous, the property itself was fantastic, and Susie and Michael are very attentive/reaponsive. Usually, we tour around Oahu, but this time decided to stay local to Ko Olina, and do not regret that decision for a minute. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful vacation
We had a lovely time at this property. It was a very comfortable place to spend the week with our family. The resort is a bit more geared towards adults than the neighboring properties. This can be both nice and difficult if you have small children. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and perfect for younger kids as it’s shallow and there are no large waves.

We had issues with parking, spaces are not very wide and someone parked in our spot! Was told to park anywhere above and then was told I had to move car again as I was now parked in someone’s spot! No one let me know when our spot became open.

The property and condo were beautiful. It was well maintained and was stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The parking was convenient as it was underground and the elevator brought you directly to the floor that the unit was located on. The beach area was not crowded and was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying at the beach villas at Ko Olina.

Fantastic location!
Ko Olina is one BEAUTIFUL place! We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in villa #604! The condo has gorgeous views and sunsets, is 5 minutes from the beach, and is walking distance to many amenities. The lanai views, in particular, are spectacular! We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family!

Everything was beautiful. The room had everything that we needed and plenty of space for the 4 of us. I loved the huge sliding doors and opened them as much as possible. The greeting was amazing as she took us all around the resort and explained everything to us. Wishing I was there now.

The property is located in a very peaceful and harmonious area of Oahu. It has the most unbeatable sunset and sunrise views from a relaxing open balcony. Has everything you need for a family to enjoy an island getaway without the stress of running around from place to place. Private pools and beach cove footsteps from a luxurious villa. Amazing Property
We had the most amazing stay at this villa! Our family appreciated the quiet, beautiful grounds, the proximity of the swimming pools, and the gorgeous, never crowded lagoon. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 6-16). We used the well-stocked kitchen a lot and loved sitting on the lanai. We walked to nearby Disney Aulani often to enjoy the character breakfast, Disney treats, and luau, but loved returning to our much quieter property. The perfect place for our first trip to Hawaii--and now I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Unit cleanliness was disappointing, needed a deep clean, dirty kitchen, worn-out furniture. However, comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, beach gear in closet. Beautiful lanai view, shaded mornings, sunny afternoons, great sunset spot. Amazing condo grounds, friendly staff, excellent gym, uncrowded pools, and kid-friendly lagoon. Location low-key and perfect for families.

4th stay at Ko Olina
Ko Olina is great- this was our 4th time there. We have stayed in a different unit each time. Beautiful grounds, excellent location and all around awesome property. Shout out to the property manager Louie who was very quick to respond and take action if things popped up during the stay. My one nit is that the unit was not as clean as it could have been, but this is more reflective of the housecleaning staff, not the unit. There was sand in various areas on the floor and the balcony needed a good mopping, which I ended up doing myself the first day. Mahalo!

Beautiful place
Really enjoyed our stay at Susie and Michael's Beach villa. It's in a very nice building resembling a hotel. This particular villa is on the 6th floor with a large balcony facing the 4 pools and then further out you can see the ocean and between buildings you can spot the sunset. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very well take care of. Our very favorite part is that the balcony doors open alllll the way so you can be inside cooking and still enjoy hanging with everyone who is out on the balcony. There are a lot of boogie boards, snorkel masks and other beachy play things in the closet along with copious amounts of beach towels (separate from the normal bath towels that are also there). We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

This was great!
First time in Hawaii and it was pretty magical. The view from this unit was amazing! The grounds around Beach Villas are kept so clean and inviting. The unit we stayed in was cool, clean and comfortable. This was a work trip for me, but the vacation vibe was so strong, it did not feel much like work at all. Such a wonderful experience! The hosts were quick with responses and no hassle at all. They have given me my first Hawaiian experience and memory by opening up their unit for rent and I will treasure this forever! My family is so grateful for this whole experience and it was largely due to this stay location! I will definitely start my search here when they send me back! Thank you so much!

The view and location are nice. The bedding was clean and beds were comfy. My standards are pretty high, so know that for most this place would be just fine. I though found the furnishings to be too worn for my taste. Also the floors upon our arrival looked like they hadn’t been swept, or if they had been cleaned, they need new cleaning devices or more attention to detail, as you could easily see dust and sand on the tile. Parking is a pain, as the assigned spot was tight, even for our tiny rental. Everyone you work with from booking to check out is a delight though.

Property impression
The property didn’t quite meet our expectation. Number one was the outdated showers. The picture shows up to date new showers . The water stream strikes onto the wall and I had to lean on the wall to catch the water. Tried to adjust the shower head - no use. Number two- refrigerators. The doors are so hard to open , need to use both hands to pull it open. Always opened it from the second attempt. We caught 4 cockroaches which was disgusting . The chairs on the lanai are dirty ( fabric) of overuse.I put the towel to sit on and got a warning I am doing it. Must give a credit to the chairs - very comfortable, The receptionist was rude on the day of our arrival .I asked her why I am filling out the form and checking the car information but we don’t have a car, she gave me a dirty look and replied “ just fill it out”. Never saw any smile on her face. Lastly, it would be nice to have a mop to wipe the floors. I like to keep it clean all the time. For me cleanliness is number one thing! The resort itself is beautiful. Always a lot of empty chairs.
