We ended up finding the email after all, but if they wouldn’t have ever responded, we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay.
