"we enjoyed our stay after a bad start. no spare toilet paper very poor with roll nearly finished this is something a guest should have to worry about. lack of utensils for cooking egg flipper. no milk when you arrive coffee and tea supplied but no milk bad form , at least give your guest some milk. lagoon swimming pool safety issue there is a spa pool but has no hand rail for easy access for children or adults who may loose balance."

"Our time at the Quest was enjoyable. As we were organising a funeral they were very helpful and considerate throughout our stay. We were in walking distance from shops, restaurants & Supermarkets. Would definitely stay again if in Echuca."

"The staff had impeccable customer service. The room was very clean and well presented bar a few small stains on the carpet. The little touches were great, such as a newspaper, and extra towels. Car parking was off street, easy to get into, and even caters for taller vehicles. The only downfalls were that there are some aesthetic maintenance issues I noticed could be taken care of, the A/C did struggle fir a while because of high ceilings, maybe a ceiling fan would be good, and a toilet brush in...
