"4 words. STAY.AT.THIS. PARADISE…..Seriously the best hotel I’ve stayed in this far. Rooms are great! The service is impeccable and I only know a little Nihongo. The Onsen on the 10th Floor !!! "Generally speaking, this hotel is very aged. For example, my Japanese toilet did not work. It flushed, but did not wash. The carpets are very worn, and entry is on the second floor, by stairs so carrying luggage is a chore. I did not have breakfast so no comment. Usual material supplied in the room was not (tooth brush, tooth paste, tea, etc.). Not recommended for seniors with mobility issues."

"The place is amazing. The only issue is the breakfast and dinner on offer. They never changed. It was the same thing over and over again. This was hard for someone like me who stayed for three days. It becomes unappetising after a while. Many guests have decided to eat out instead. A little bit of variety could have helped. This can be done well without blowing the budget, if they were adhering to a set amount. Overall, I give it a 4 instead of a 5. But had I stayed only one night, the food...

"The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)"
