"Plenty of restaurants right outside and down the block, the hotel is just a block away from the station entrance, but at the time of the visit, the entrance was being fixed. This is absolutely not a deal breaker because literally right across the street, there was another entrance. "

"Walkable distance from Nagoya station and various day tour pick up spots. The room was clean and big. I had a deep soaking tub. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. They helped me called my next hotel to check if they are able to receive and hold my luggage. Unfortunately i forgotten to take photos. The photos in hotels.com does not do the room justice. The room look bigger and in real life. One thing to note, the hotel only has 3 levels with washing machine, you may need to wash your...

"This was a beautiful hotel attached to the Nagoya JR Station. It was so convenient. The reception staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were so nice. The decor, cleanliness, and amenities were wonderful. I wished that I could have stayed a few more days. I couldn't have made a better decision by staying at this hotel while in Nagoya. It was easy walking to Noritake, Nagoya Castle, and the Toyota Museum. Highly recommend staying here."

"The staff was amazing. They were very helpful researching items that we have left behind at the previous hotel. We left the hotel. One of our visitors forgot his backpack in the lobby. The employee (Bemu) chased us several blocks with the backpack as we walked to the train station."
