" Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. "It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "It was a wonderful property. The only issue is there are a lot of stairs, even if you take the elevator we still had to do stairs to get to our room and there were stairs in our room. If you stay here, note if you have issues with stairs so they can put you in a different area."

"This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and i enjoyed the stay just as much as the first stay. The staff were all so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I visited Rotterdam for the ASOT weekend festival. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from Centraal Station, and within mins of great bars and shops. I'll be visiting again in 2026, and will definitely be booking a stay at the Bilderberg Park. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a quiet and charming area. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Various public transport options also nearby. Room was clean, stylish and sufficient with excellent views (that we were free to choose during check-in). Would definitely like to stay here again."

"Very quiet, clean and modern room (if a little small) and ensuite. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very comfy bed and pillows. Free 24-hour tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Tram stop opposite front door. Only negative was USB sockets by bed didn't work but plenty of plug sockets. "
